Hastings Rentals

Hastings Rentals is the leasing office of CI Properties, LLC — a family-owned Hastings company that has built, owned, and maintained local property for more than 40 years. Our office is at 237 N. Burlington Avenue, our maintenance crews are local, and the people who answer the phone know every building by name.

Our portfolio includes houses, duplexes, and apartments across Hastings, the shops and warehouse bays of Craig Industrial Park, professional offices at Georgetown Square, and Westside Storage. We maintain our own buildings with our own crews — which is why many of our tenants, residential and commercial, have been with us for years.
